There is no registration for the workshops, panels, and other activities. Seating is on a first come, first served basis.

How do I get around Philadelphia without a car?
The Temple University Student Faculty Center (3340 N. Broad) is walking distance from the Broad Street Line (B1 Local), Broad-Allegheny Station (3200 N Broad). www.septa.org
Can I bring my own food and drinks to the convention?
Attendees may bring personal food and drinks. However, sharing large quantities with others is discouraged for logistical reasons.
Are there any age restrictions for attending the convention or specific activities?
Attendees of all ages are welcome. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for supervision.
Is there a designated area for cosplay changing and storage?
Restrooms are available for privacy. Contestants requiring additional space should inquire with organizers for accommodations.
Are there any restrictions on photography or recording during the event?
Photography and recording are generally allowed, but please be mindful of traffic flow. For staged photos, please check with organizers for designated areas.
Can I interview convention guests and attendees?
As a representative of a media outlet, you are welcome to come to our events to provide coverage. Bring your completed media application to the event to receive a badge.
